To keep things fair and transparent, we don’t quote for specific stain removal until we’ve seen the carpet in person. We treat stains and spots during our standard cleaning process - meaning no extra cost to you.

If any stains remain after cleaning, we’ll assess them on-site and discuss your options and costs. While we use professional-grade products and techniques, some spots and stains may be permanent depending on the type, age, and material of the carpet which is why we like to talk about it in person before you make a decision.
